Can anyone access my forms & responses?

All information submitted on your reports cannot be directly accessed by MMR, it is only accessible by you or the Admin (i.e. the account owner). . All your created forms are accessible from your account and can only be modified by you. However, anyone with a link to your form can access your form and submit a response provided the report is still active (i.e. within the last submission date).

How long is my information kept?

Responses and files stored here are kept for as long as the account owner maintains an account with MMR. All created templates are always available to you as long as you have a MMR account except deleted. Deleted forms are removed from your account and purged from our servers immediately. Irrespective of your subscription status or plan, you will always have access to your MMR reports and data.

Is Make My Report free?

The MMR website is secured with industry-standard technologies and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is used on all reports. SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. Make My Report takes the security of your data very seriously. All MMR standalone form links and embed codes are secure by a 256-bit SSL connection by default, and we give all users the option to encrypt their data.
